Bulgarian dance teaching
Delyan Demirev has more than 10 years experience teaching Bulgarian dance to non-Bulgarians
- Delyan has taught many times in the UK in 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995, and 2000, at London, Oxford, Birmingham, Manchester, Edinburgh, Bristol, Cambridge, Winchester, and Arnside.
- Delyan has taught at the Society of International Folk Dancing (UK) summer school in 1994 & 1998.
- Delyan has taught in Israel (Tel Aviv, Haifa, Jerusalem) in 1996 and in Varna for the Israeli dancers visit to Bulgaria in 2004.
- Delyan has arranged visits to the Koprivshtitsa festival in 1991, 1995, 2000 and 2005, and has taught folk dances courses run in conjunction with these tours.
