Narrow front and back aprons (catrinţe) made of black velvet and decorated with embroidered motifs in gold, green and brown thread, and a fringe of black silk on the hem
Fringed silk headscarves
Man's costume
White linen straight shirt with yoke (cămaşă cu umeraş), with wide bands of brown, and black geometric embroidery on hem and sleeves and fine white crochet lace on lower sleeves, and hem.
Summer trousers (izmene) made of cotton or linen fabric
Hip length sheepskin jacket (pieptar), edged with fur and decorated with brown geometric embroidery along edges, and coloured woollen tassels on the front.
