Description
Straw hats (pălărie de paie) with narrow brim, decorated with coloured beads and a single feather.
Short waist length linen shirts (Cămaşe scurtă) decorated with black woollen embroidery on seams and hems. The neck is tied with a black woollen cord with tassels.
The traditional wide trousers (gaci) had been replaced by modern cut trousers by 1990 and by 1997 none of the men were wearing traditional costume.
