Description
Blouse (ie) with gathered neck (cămaşă încreţită), with sleeves open at wrists, with a wide rectangular strip of maroon embroidered across the top of the shoulder (altiţă), with diagonal stripes (râuri) of maroon embroidered motifs on the lower sleeves and vertical rows of maroon embroidery on the front and back. The neck opening is edged with a narrow row of maroon embroidery
Underskirt (poale) with a row of co-ordinating embroidery on hem.
Narrow pleated wrap round skirt (vâlnic) made of two lengths of maroon, white and blue striped woven woollen material, with small white motifs interspersed along the strips.
Narrow woven fabric belt (brâu) with red and gold woven stripes.
