Description

Gathered neck linen blouse (cămaşă încreţită), with gathered cuffs with small frill. It is decorated with red and wide gold thread  embroidered motifs making a rectangular strip across the top of the shoulder (altiţă), and vertical stripes (râuri) on the front, and sleeves. The neck has an edging in crochet red wool, and a row of red wool crochet lace is attached to the cuff frills.

The underskirt (poale) has a row of co-ordinating red embroidery above the hem.

Front and back aprons (catrinţe) made of a single width of red felted woollen material with black woven strips decorated with wide silver, and gold thread (beteala) two black woven horizontal stripes decorated with multicoloured floral embroidery, and with a  row of green crochet lace on the hem

Narrow woven fabric belt (brâu) woven in stripes of red, yellow and green
