Description
Gathered neck linen chemise (cămaşă încreţită) decorated with a rectangular strip of black and gold coloured embroidered motifs in diamond patterns across the top of the shoulders (altiţă), and vertical stripes of the same motifs (râuri) on the front and sleeves, and a narrow strip of embroidery round the neck opening.
The underskirt (poale) has a row of co-ordinating embroidery above the hem.
Front and back aprons (catrinţe) made of a single width of black woven material decorated with diamond shaped woven motifs (alesătură) in white thread
Narrow woven fabric belt (brâu) woven in yellow, black and white thread in diamond patterns.
