Description
Blouse (ie) with gathered neck (cămaşă încreţită), with a rectangular strip of black embroidered across the top of the shoulder (altiţă), with vertical stripes of black embroidery (râuri) on the front and sleeves.
Underskirt (poale) with a row of co-ordinating embroidery on hem.
Wrap round skirt (fota) made of a single width of black woven woollen material, with a wide woven border on the front decorated with woven stripes of gold and purple a narrow line of zigzag motifs in gold and purple across the back
